Cleaning quality is adequate.  Work is not sent out which I like.  They have never lost any of my clothes. A little pricey. Turnaround time for alterations is not good at all. For example, five days for hemming a pair of pants needs improvement.

This place overcharges. They put up a board advertising cheap alterations and then when you come in they beat you with a higher price. Avoid. Pathetic customer service. Go to the place at tenth line and Thomas Street. Nice people. This joint sucks. Avoid
