Don't shop online at Tootsies. Zero customer service. My order was cancelled and no reply whatsoever from their customer service.
Marissa helped me so much today. I'd piled my many kids in the car to head up to Tootsies to pick up an online order a couple nights this week and found out that the store has reduced their hours per Covid restrictions. The store was closed when we arrived after 6pm on a Tuesday and Wednesday check out their site for correct hours, not Google. Marissa patiently listened to my frustrations and inconvenience and offered to ship my items to my house. Their prices are better than most stores I checked in store and on line a pair of boots I ordered were $20 cheaper at Tootsies. Thank you for your help, Marissa! We'll try to return in person when the hours of operation return to later closings.
I bought a pair of boots in Nov/2020, and had an issue with the heal this month. I called the store, spoke to Angie the Asst. manager, she said to come in and they could return or exchange them for me. I really like the boots so an exchange was good news. She didn't have my size available but said she could order them in, although it might take a week or two, which was ok with me. I received a call 2 days later saying they were in. I went back to store, tried them on, and Angie did the exchange no problem. I am very happy with the service I received from Angie and the store policy to offer a return or exchange. They really stand behind their products and have great staff! Thank-you again!

I love this location! I drive from Cambridge just to visit my favorite shoe store. Always a great deal and every name brand I am looking for. The customer service is excellent - the main reason why we go to Tootsies for all of our shoe needs.
Wonderful selection of shoes, slippers, boots and associated necessities. A pleasure to shop at this location as the staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be shopping here whenever the need arises for shoes and other necessities for my feet.
Good women's selection of shoes lots to choose from and prices are reasonable. Limited selections for men's shoes. Tootsies does carry some name brands and the staff are helpful and approachable
