The staff were helpful and came up to me almost immediately. I ended up buying a pair of insoles; however, I am not sure they were the best choice for me. They seem to fit only in my sneakers and sturdier boots, not in my dress boots. I had brought three shoes to determine if the insoles would be a good fit with my actual foot in the shoe and this was still not enough to get an accurate fit. I would suggest you also put your foot in each of the shoes you bring to ensure your foot fits with an insole inside your shoe.
If you need advice or recommendations from experts, or would like a more scientific approach to selecting your footwear, you should definitely come here. Caroline helped me and she is terrific. She described herself as a sommelier but for footwear, and that was a perfect description. She knows everything about the brands they carry and what is right for each individual depending on their needs. You'll pay a bit more but it's absolutely worth it!
Great Deals on REAL running shoes by running people.. Better running shoes than the Big Box Stores that don’t have nearly the expertise in actually properly fitting running shoes I got a pair of Brooks Glycerin and a pair of Brooks running shorts for about the same price as just the shoes would have been at a big box store. Joe knows what he is doing and guided me to the right pair. I highly suggest Runners Den if you want Real Running shoes

Runners Den always hooks me up. It’s my go to one stop shop for running needs. They hooked me up with some sweet Brooks for a marathon and they did not disappoint. Highly recommend checking them out!
I just came back from trying to return the orthotics that I purchased from Runner's Den on February 22, 2023. I was well within the 60 day return period that the sales lady told me. I was told that I could not return the orthotics for a refund but can get store credit. I only wore the orthotics 4 - 5 times and it's condition was not in bad shape. The person who recommended that I shop at Runner's Den said that she had returned a couple of items that showed wear and they accepted it. I would like them to honor their 60 day return policy and refund my money to me.
The staff is always incredibly helpful and very knowledgable! Whether you're just getting into running, or buying your tenth pair of shoes, this is THE place to go!

First time customer and was assisted by Robby. He was very helpful in helping me select the proper fitting Hoka running shoe. I was shown 4 different options and selected the proper Hoka for fitment and comfort. I highly recommend the Runner's Den for your next shoe purchase.
