This restaurant has been at this location for many years and is showing its age. The interior is worn but clean. Our server was friendly and helpful.  My wife and I shared the rack of pork ribs with a baked potato. It was served hot and was tasty. We enjoyed our meal.  There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There was 7 of us and the server took care of all.  There was positive feedback from all.  We will come back another time.

Save your money and don’t bother going to this restaurant. It was a very bad experience, will never step a foot in that place again. We ordered the spinach dip as a starter. Cheese was not melted and tortilla chips were soaked with oil. We were there for the halal beef ribs. The sides were not edible. Coleslaw had watery sauce and mashed potatoes were cold and had weird flavour while green beans were covered with garlic that had an overpowering taste. Coming to the main item, the beef ribs. They were so hard and chewy. I ordered 4 and my wife ordered 3. We couldn’t even get the meat off the bone. They charged $8 for the extra rib and gave me half a rib you can judge from the pictures. When I asked the server, she said ribs come in different sizes .  My daughter ordered the pizza flat bread. The flat bread was hard and the pizza sauce tasted gross. When we told the server, she had to ask if they would change it. We told the server our honest opinion, no one bothered to come and talk to us.

Gina at tony romas served hair on the food cold food no cutlery was given wrong drinksgiven Diet Coke instead of coke after I reminded Gina she forgot my drink and had to debate what I ordered. The order of chicken that came in was cold and dry when we asked for a replacement they lied microwaved the food and now my elderly mother is vomiting my family was leaving for a big trip and we were trying to spend time with our family. Go somewhere else where they don’t think they are doing you a favour by serving YOU. Not sure what we did to offend those people but be expected for 10x worse if you’re coloured.

For the price, it is very bland, no seasoning on a $40 steak.  Was a decent serving of grilled green beans that was delicious.  One ice cream scoop of potatoes and a steak that comes with grill onions and mushrooms usually has them on top, not under the steak.  Will pay the extra $5 and go to Moxies next time.  Service was friendly and ok.

I apologize in advance, this review is not good, with the exception of the server because he had nothing to do with the food that was cooked. I don't want to go into details but I will list what we had with the reaction and none of it was worth the money. Chicken nuggets frozen, fries good, Ceasars salad pepper and vinegar, potato soup mushy water, bread stick rocks, mussels pure salty, peach cobbler just ice cream. Never again.

I'm shook at the current rating of this restaurant,  I just got home from eating here. The food was AMAZING 10 out of 10 amazing. The drinks were amazing and not watered down. Harvey was our server, and he was flawless , we didn't even have a chance to say we needed something he was just there , perfect timing. We really felt VIP with the quality of our meal from start to finish. I'd love to see this place packed with customers again they really do deserve it.

Went here with my boyfriend and I had never been, honestly I will say I will probably not be going back. The ribs were dry and tasted like they were frozen which is what they're supposedly known for    but I enjoyed my bacon potato soup. My drink I had gotten was pretty decent but I tried my boyfriends old fashioned and it tasted nothing like an old fashioned! There was only one server in the lounge and seating people as well as maybe the restaurant side? She didn't know the menu very well and I was basically very underwhelmed with the whole experience.

Hot, stuffy and terrible food. We felt bad for the server as she did her best but the food was terrible here. I had a burger and salad. The burger was overcooked, lacking any flavor, dry  no condiments, with  wilted lettuce and a soggy tomato. Daughter had the chicken sandwich with cheese. Tasted good but the piece of chicken was half the size of the bun, also her gravy was like brown water.  Husband had the 1/2 rack of ribs which apparently tasted meh with no spice and the portion size was tiny.$85.00 later and we were all hungry 1hr or so later. Save your money and pass this place by.

I ate here today with my family and we had such a great experience! The food was exceptionally tasty with decent portion sizes. The best part was the service; we had Tuyet as our server and she was incredible!! She was super personable and was so patient and friendly with our 11 year old and 3 year old. I think it’s rare these days to have a server who make you feel so welcomed and we were so happy with her excellent service. We would go back of course for the good food but to also experience such great service again. Thanks Tuyet!

Ordered the halal ribs, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. The best ribs I’ve had in the city. So tasty and the portion of the ribs was amazing. Wish they could give more mashed potatoes, they were just SO amazing. The customer service was impeccable. They were so polite and prompt with their service. Definitely would recommend!
