Chef Jason Assels thoughtfully prepares each dish with bright flavours while adding his signature flare and unique presentation. Tonic also offers a selection of over 50 world-class vodkas and gins accompanied by a variety of unique TONIC waters. We feature Porter’s Tonic, an all natural Tonic syrup made in Calgary, Alberta. Porter’s Tonic uses only the finest ingredients and contains organic agave nectar, real fruit juice and botanical cinchona bark (natural quinine) – creating an old school style of tonic that is a rich amber colour, bursting with bright flavours and classic tonic bitterness.

What I like about this place is that the food is out of the kitchen fairly quickly. They also have their happy hours which is quite good. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. The  service is also great, they know how to take care of their patrons.

ordered room service and was overall pretty disappointed. I included a picture of the spinach dip and the six floppy three inch slices of “flat bread” that is included. You can be the judge whether or not that was worth the $15. We had well over 3/4 of the dip left with nothing to dip in it.

It took the bartender awhile to notice me/take my order, but he was very friendly. The service was quick after that. I had the nachos which were okay, but nothing special. They are definitely intended as a group appetizer or to be shared - it's a huge portion. There were plenty of TVs showing a wide variety of games.

Rochelle is the most lovely waitress we’ve had the pleasure of meeting! She was very sweet and accommodating, and the food she suggested was amazing. Triple Chocolate Cake is to die for!

Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Good selection of beer. Yummy  food.

This is the restaurant for hotels Clique and Applause.  I had breakfast here twice, and dinner once.  Decor is good, servers are nice, but the food is lacking.
