Burger Theory

We were stormed stayed in Calgary and Burger Theory was a highlight. Best gluten-free burger I’ve had in a long time. Our server was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel so welcomed. Great job! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Overall was good. Was slow to get our food, service was decent, even though they've been open 5 months, they still appear to be training and working out kinks. Fries had some spice on them that was pretty good, onions rings we ere crispy. Burgers were good, only reason I didnt go 5 stars....some sauce in my burger was a bit to sweet to my liking for a burger, maybe the KGB sauce. Also added the franks sauce....thank goodness I got it on the sode as it was really salty! Husband had the Boss burger and he loved it.

Food was alright, nothing spectacular. The sign read that they were closed and open at 5pm. We returned at 530 and waited until 545 before they could let us in, and they said they would only be able to serve drinks until 6 when the rest of the staff arrive! There was no spectacular hospitality. The atmosphere was very new and modern. Ceramic tiles that looked like wood flooring was a great touch. Bar seemed more of a banquet style bar.

Food is great, but for one order and 1 beer, you will be stuck there for over an hour. 35 min for refill, 1 hour for food. Food is great, service is beyond garbage. Would go back, but can't waste 2 hours on a mealFood: 4/5

Not a super fan of sports bars with multiple TVs as I like to enjoy my time with who I am with BUT this was a fun little stop for dinner tonight right with in the hotel.Food: 4/5

Great customer service, excellent food and amazing staff. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and the amazing food. Will be a returning customer for sure.

As I was the lone person in here service was immediate and food was not 10 minutes after I ordered. Fries were normal, decently spiced and the burger was on point. Can’t say I have anything bad to say about this place!

There isn't enough space on the internet to write down how terrible the whole experience was at this restaurant. Service was slow and unorganized. Appetizers were cold. Waited almost an hour for our burgers and they were processed frozen patties. McDonald's makes a better meal with better service for a quarter of the price

This was our favorite restaurant to eat at when staying in the area, untill tonight. There burgers have changed from a home made patty to a cheap store bought patty. But that I could have gotten past, but the waitresses with beautiful long free flowing hair was too much. She was constantly touching her hair and combing it with her hand and then delivering food to the table. Please have your waitress tie back her hair, it's absolutely disgusting to find hair in your food. While this didn't happen to me I can't see how you're hands can be clean when you're constantly touching your hair.

I had the Farm Fresh burger and fries. Both were great and very filling!Food: 5/5
