This is the best sushi place! We got our food fast and there were great recommendations. We sat at the bar and got to watch the sushi being made. As a first time coming here we were super impressed and will definitely be back. The sunrise is super good. The lemon balances everything However my favorite roll and I 100% recommend is called the coconut crunch. It has pineapple in it and I honestly can't put in words how good it was. They brought it to us and after that first bite. It was gone! I definitely recommend this sushi restaurant!! Below are some pictures of the food we got.
Probably the best sushi you can get in Utah. The food is amazing and the quality of the fish is unmatched by any restaurant in the state. This place is always busy for a reason, so definitely get here early on the weekends no reservations taken or get a reservation for the weekdays. I haven't had a roll I don't like here and don't miss out on the cheesecake for dessert.
The service was fantastic. They even brought water out for my dog. The sushi was so delicious and fresh. The menu is a refreshing twist on sushi. Everything was perfect!
By far the best sushi I have had in the ogden area. I tried most of the weekly menu and it was great! I tried the Drunken Oyster. We will say it was interesting, but what was expected from the ingredients.Food: 5/5
Great place to get sushi. Everything we ordered was superb. Service, food, and atmosphere outstanding.Food: 5/5
We have always seen massive lines outside of this restaurant. So we decided to give it a shot today and now I know why there is massive lines!! I ordered the Avalanche and Sunset rolls and my Wife ordered the Bento box with teriyaki chicken and California roll. WOWZA!! Everything about this place is five star, SUSHI, atmosphere and service. Give it a shot, we also just learned that they do take reservations; I would highly suggest that you call ahead especially for their dinner service.
The food is always amazing! We find if we go on weekends there can be a very long wait. Tonight there was a 2 and a half hour wait to be seated and then we waited 15 minutes in between rolls. You can't go wrong with anything you order, the cheesecake and green globe are a must!Food: 5/5
$14 for this ? It’s missing rice . Tona used to be the place but they’ve gone down hill for sure . Last time I came we waited an hour at lunch time to get a roll. It was so bad . I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore . They are overpriced as it is but this roll is tiny compared to what it usually is. . The first two pics are my roll , the third is what they’re supposed to look like .
People, treat yourself. The peanut butter cream was lovely. Coconut crunch was really good. The cheesecake was really good. Have the hot lava sushi, and apparently, some fella told me to try spoons next time I'm there. Not sure what that means, but he said it takes a sophisticated pallet to appreciate them, so hopefully I'm sophisticated enough to appreciate them, the next time I'm there. The cucumber juice was tasty! The teriyaki chicken was freaking beautiful.
The food was excellent with some exceptions. Only thing for me was the prices seem expensive for such nontraditional rolls. Specifically the sunburn roll was underwhelming and I thought it was a close spin off of a tootsie maki roll, but to me it was bland.
