Re did my bathroom subfloor and tile due to a previously leaking toilet, went to set in new toilet and I got leaks from the flange. Tried again 4 times and couldn't even get the toilet set correctly myself.. I gave up and called Tom's Thursday afternoon, Tammy got someone to come out Friday, the next day (between 11am-1pm) Mike showed up just after 11, long story short, I now have my bathroom back after a month of hell. The prices are fair and they are quick. Mike was easy to deal with and did a great job. If I need plumbing help again, they will be my only call. Thanks Tammy and Mike!

I was in a jam and called Tom's Plumbing. Tammy sent Mike out the same day and within a short time of my cry for help.

Mike looked at our refrigerator and knew IMMEDIATELY that he could not do the repair, as it was an appliance issue: a broken water line to our freezer's ice maker. Mike took pictures so I could in turn send show the refrigerator repair man. Mike immediately knew this was a bigger problem and advised me to call my insurance company. It turned out to be a slow leak which led to significant damage. Due to Mike's quick and wise counsel I called the insurance company and filed a claim.

Mike only charged me $40 for coming out and telling me that he could not fix the issue. I was GRATEFUL for him not charging me the full price of a call just to say he was not able to fix the issue. Thanks Mike. That kind of honesty, flexibility and customer service earned my respect and this review. I will also share you name with my neighbors and friends.

Tom's Plumbing is the best plumbing company around! They perform quality work, thoroughly and efficiently at very fair prices. I had some issues with my kitchen sink and when I called there, the woman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to answer some of my immediate questions. She was able to get someone out to me right away and the plumber that arrived was very polite and clean. He was able to fix my problem at once and I found the bill to be very reasonable. It was a very positive experience and I will use Tom's Plumbing Inc. as my plumber from now on. I also think that if you like to support your local mom and pop shops, the way I do, these are your guys!

Company has recently changed hands to close friends of previous owners but I can tell you first hand that the quality of work has not changed.  If anything, customer service has improved to even more smiling faces!  Great prices, quality work, fast and dependable.  What else can you ask for.  Call and get your work done from service to new installed stuff.

Tom's plumbing helped me install my new dishwasher and water heater, and repaired leaky faucets throughout my house. Excellent knowledgeable and friendly customer service and professional installation of both appliances.  I will definitely call them again for any future work!!
