What a happy new year this is! In October Tom Barnes helped us sell a home in Pincher Creek and buy a home in Claresholm for the next stage in our retirement.It was important for us to downsize to manage more easily.It was important to find a home with one floor of living space in order to be proactive for future mobility possibilities.It was important to find a suitable home in the same price range as our previous home so that we wouldn't have increased financial pressure in our old age. Tom sold our Pincher Creek home in eight days! He then helped us find a new home so that we could move into it in thirty days! We appreciated how he immediately informed us of every development in every step of the selling/buying/moving process. He is the best realtor that we have ever dealt with.
Finally got handed the keys to our new home. We are so happy we found Tom. We’ve been working with him the last year trying to find a home we love, with him being available at any time to do house showings, and always on the ball with paper work and letting us know what is happening since we are first timers. He made the process so simple and we 10/10 recommend him for all your realtor needs.
We contacted Tom about helping us purchase a home in Claresholm. As we could only get down on Saturdays, he went out of his way to arrange viewings all on one day.
