I am a single mom and am trying to better my life and help build a life and definitely low income and they refused to help me cause a friend of mine supposedly causes issue with the owner... also she told government grant years ago she replaced all Windows and also asked for a Grant to do all basement but were and aren't done. .. bought herself a new truck then this friend brought it to someone attention and she got kicked out.. guess Windows got replaced now this spring

Applied for housing a few years ago. Did everything that I was supposed to, looked at a unit, accepted the unit, called so I could pay the damage deposit and got told that I was " not the type of person they wanted to rent to" then they offered the same unit to KY roommates
