I haven't been here in a while but we went back yesterday and im doing this review bc i want to Thank Crystal. She wasn't our waitress but she went above and beyond, she made sure we were good with drinks and made sure we were satisfied with the food she was very attentive not just with us but with everyonewe didn't get the same treatment from the other girl that was serving us. Thank you so much Crystal.
It’s hit or miss for price …. But this time had to post it took over 45 mins to be delivered. the delivery guy said pizza got squished so he came back with large after waiting over and hour….. some of the slices burnt to the point we just ate the top off not the crust you could taste the burn flavor…. Called and they were only willing to give credit for wings that were saturated in oil as picture shown oil was leaking out of container onto everything but credit had to be used within three days … that’s poor customer service will not be spending my money there again.cheaper pizza option near by with better food and service
Tolli's always has exceptional pizza and italian dishes. We love coming here and frequent this restaurant at least 5 - 6 times per year. Crystal, who is usually our server, is amazing. She is so sweet and always friendly! If you haven't tried Tolli's yet, you should. It's amazing.
Went on a Tuesday 4for a 1 pm lunch. Not crowded & service was attentive & eager to please. I has a very delicious sauce manicotti w 2 meatballs, a decent house salad & what seemed like a half loaf of warm, sliced Italian bread & butter all for $6.00 plus tax. I tipped generously & happily.Food: 5/5
Using the Slice app, I ordered a large pepperoni and bacon pie, a medium "Queen Margherita", a small cheese pizza and one pepperoni, sausage and mushroom calzone. All of them had great taste. I will order from them again. We paid a total $63 with tip.
I've used them twice, and twice they messed up. A while back I ordered a pie and didn't receive it. I called them two hours later and they were like "what pizza?" Today I ordered a pie what should have been half meatball/half plain. I got home and it was an onion pie. Somebody owes me twenty bucks.
I ordered the italian Trio Sub, horrible. It tasted like spoiled deli meat. Forget about the chicken vegetable soup, all vegetables no chicken. Please don't pay for the dressings, they won't bring it. So disappointed in Tolli's, never again!!
Pizza is delicious but only have same Doug , not pan pizza or Sicilian . I give 3 stars because garlic bread was so basic not real Italian bread. Customer service is good . I will upload a pic maybe this help to this place to improve tastes .
Best Pizza in East Haven, hands down. Been going for years and the food, staff, and service is always a delight
Ordered my wings crispy sauce on side, they came mushy. Ordered pasta fagoli. It had no flavor, pasta was mushy too. Usually those two items are goodFood: 3/5
