Not the Boston Market I grew with.Poor looking sides that tasted strange. The chicken was good. It was less than 50 degrees in there so we hurried through our food bundled up Went to use the rest room and it was so gross I walked out without using it. 2 is a gift and only the chicken saved it.Sad for what once was a great place to eat. Will never visit one again
This was a rough visit. Awful odor outside of sewage, one bathroom was out of order, lady preparing the chicken was very rude. Felt like air conditioning was on in the dining area. Chicken did taste good and the woman who rung us out was nice. Been going here for 10 years but going to look for another Boston Market.Recommended dishesRotisserie Chicken
Very poor customer service, both employees were more interested in their phones than serving the customers. Restaurant was unkept and somewhat dirty. Asked for napkins, given 2. Asked for extra, given 2 napkins. NOT the same Boston Market from years ago. Very sad.
Run down. The people working were more interested in their conversation than customer service. Chicken was placed in cardboard container so it leaked everywhere. I know the response will be "we will talk to the team" but it won't help. The quality has gone way down sadly.
Wow, this location has really gone downhill since I've visited it last. Luke warm food, out of many products, and very rundown in general. Too bad, I used to love stopping by on my way home.
I cannot believe this place I went to was really a Boston Market. Trying to order and they had nothing on the menu except the crispy chicken. All the sides were dry and crusty. The whole restaurant was dirty. Stay away from this East Haven location.
It doesn't take a degree in finance to understand that you can eat at the Boston Market for less than you can eat at any of the top five fast food places. It doesn't take a degree in science Nutrition to understand that the food at Boston Market is way better for you then your typical fast food. I just wonder why the Boston Market corporate marketing folks haven't figured all of this out. Keep up the good work Boston Market. Great location.... pleasant staff.
Michael, the manager was Amazing. I came there pretty late after work and they only had a fraction of what they usually sale. He went to the back and got me the sweet potatoes and I thought that was super sweet of him. Great Customer Service. The food was delicious as always..
When we got there they only had dark meat left, most of the sides were gone or had been sittingout all day, and the rice was hard as a rock. The employee gave us food we didn't want just to get rid of it. The toilet in the men's room was also brokenFood: 1/5
I used to be a very regular Boston Chicken / Boston Market customer for many years. Saw one tonight on my drive home from NJ to MA and decided to stop for dinner. Had the original half chicken meal they've offered since the beginning. The chicken was dry. They were out of several of the sides and it was only 6:30. Had no beverages other than regular Coke or Sprite or lemonade. And the staff uniforms looked dirty and stained. The restroom had a sign indicating it was checked and cleaned every hour... looked more like a few days.
