I’ve been working with TNI the Network Inc for 13 years on and off I paused to go to school for a year and also tried something different for another 2 year period I’ve worked in a number of roles including the entry level field representative position, an admin position in one of our agencies and then over to our Head Office/corporate side which is where I am now as the company Communications Coordinator. What I can say about the company is that it is led by truly great people. I know each of the VPs personally as well as president Steve Allison. All of them lead with integrity, good values and hard work. The next level of leadership found in our Director group is a true reflection of the top level and it trickles down from there. I truly love my job. I love the people I work with in every level of this company, I love my tasks, I love my bosses and I love the deep rooted friendships I have made through my tenure. This is a fun and rewording place to work. They have high standards of quality which push you to work hard and strive to do your absolute best but they do an excellent job of celebrating and awarding your success and promoting those who absolutely deserve it. It's been about 3 years since I started working with the TNI group, and I am proud of being part of the team. I've been able to watch the company's growth and help improve its processes and procedures. TNI represents renowned charities and non-profit organizations and help them achieve their goals by promoting fundraising projects. I've worked at TNI for coming on 5 years now, and can thoroughly say this is one of the best companies to work at. I started off as a customer service representative and worked my way into a management role and now a career. I've worked across 4 provinces and territories and have had the opportunity to travel across the entire country for different events and conferences. Almost all of my favourite experiences have come from working here, and the relationships you build along the way are priceless. I have been with TNI since the year 2020. It's been 2 and a half years I've been working with them through agencies such as GLG and PKM. I found myself learning and growing ever since I joined. Now I am a Manager in the Winnipeg branch under PKM Advertising and I have goals to open my own agency under TNI.
