We had to call them a few times over the last year, and they are excellent! We had a crack in our water supply to the toilet that they found, and another time was our water heater wasn't working. Definitely recommend!
If we could give more than 5 stars we would. TNB went above and beyond to help us with our heat problem...Shout out to the office staff for squeezing us in...the install was fast...in and out the same day..Shawn and crew were awesome and when they left not one bit of trash...removed everything. Thanks again for everything.
Made an emergency call to TNB on April 4, 2023 at 8:30pm. By 10pm the plumber had assessed the situation and cleared away our sewer blockage and had everything under control. Amazing job from a great company!!Service: Sewer cleaning
Rarely do I receive such exemplary customer service that I'm compelled to write a review. We used TNB for cottage winterization, heat pump install, water treatment, and some misc plumbing repairs. Every transaction was friendly, professional, and on-time. For the heat pump, when I was unsure about the placement of the outdoor compressor, they were patient with my questions as we discussed tradeoffs of the various options. They were understanding when I insisted, for aesthetic reasons, that the piping be run a certain way, even as we stood out in the pouring rain. Our water quality issues bacteria, odor, iron are also now solved, and we couldn't be happier. Pricing was fair and competitive. In fact, the price of the unit we bought was recently hiked, but they had some existing stock prior to the increase and they extended those savings to us without prompting. The professionalism was consistent across every interaction -- phone calls, on-site visits, an emergency after-hours call, and even when meeting the busy owner. This is an exceptionally well-run business deserving of their 5 star rating.
