I hate leaving bad reviews but I have to after this one. I ordered one steak taco, one tostada and chips and pick de Gallo. The taco was just ok, the tostada had what seemed to be old crusty beans, soft tomatoes and bad lettuce. The $6 pico and chips topped it all. See pics below; cold, broken up pieces of old hard tortillas. Absolutely disgusting. I ate the taco, took bite of the tostada, laughed at the chips and threw the rest in the trash. I came here because of the good reviews and the pics online but won’t come back. That was a waste of $20 and I am still hungry. I am also mildly concerned about getting food poisoning after seeing their food prep station and the way some of the ingredients at this place look. Yuck!
Stopped here for the first time and everything was excellent! I had both shredded pork and beef tacos, and my wife had pupusas and an enchilada. The staff took time explaining all the food options and are awesome. I will make a point of stopping in for a bite when I'm back in A2 again.

We ordered George Lopez tacos which come from this restaurant. The first picture is what I got. The second picture is what I was supposed to have gotten. Anybody see an issue? This is an added comment: To date, I have heard nothing from the restaurant nor have I heard from George Lopez Tacos corporation. As of today, 5/26/2022, I have heard nothing from Tmaz Taqueria nor George Lopez Tacos. I would suggest somewhere else.
I think we have found our new go to Mexican place. Folks in there were incredibly kind, helped with food questions and were quick. The food was outstanding.
I placed an order through GrubHub to Tmaz, hoping only that the food was better than a recent order to a competitor in Saline, MI. My expectations were admittedly low, but here's the thing, I'm pregnant, and the cravings are real, and all I could think about was guacamole and tacos. I ordered three soft tacos, all with different protein Tinga, Barbacoa, and Al Pastor, and they were AMAZING. Flavorful, not dry, really excellent texture. The rice and beans weren't just an afterthought, they too were full of great flavor, and the guacamole was excellent. Compared to my recent order with the competitor, where I could only stomach the guacamole and it wasn't great, this was a completely different experience, with each meal item being a real delight. Additionally, I ordered with Grubhub, and my order arrived 40 minutes early, which really tackled my "hangry" feelings effectively. 10/10, Tmaz is my new go-to for cravings. Thank you so much!
Shameful. Hiked their prices overnight but failed to update online. Failed to honor their own promo codes.. cashiers need their ears cleaned. Took at least 3 attempts to correctly place my order both over the phone and in person, lied to about wait time. All for food that hasn't been as good as it has been for years. Truly a shame.
Probably the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. I was visiting and stumbled upon this place. Great food, great staff and they even had the Mexican Mangolada. Everything I ordered was tasty.
Changed from 3 stars to 4 because the tortas are AMAZING! The rest was ok even though there are lots of good options. Good corn tortillas. The pinto beans were interesting spicy with hotdogs and pieces of tomato. I am not sure if the black bean option is also spicy or not. The rice is classic. Good seating options. Have high chairs for kids.
Excellent food, fast service and good prices. Our most recent lunch was delicious. The caldo de res beef soup was amazing, with rich broth generous portions of beef falling of the bone, and lots of veggies too. We also ordered some tamales which we're very tasty. Only one mistake: ordered pork tamales and got chicken. In the end they were pretty amazing, so not a big deal. Note: food comes in plastic and foam containers; we put stuff on plates at home. They have outdoor seating, too.
