Horrible customer service, or should I say no customer service? Walked in intending to make a purchase however I was NOT greeted whats so ever. Both people working stood behind the counter, sure they looked busy but a simple Hello would have gone a long way. Disgusting in my opinion. Will not be visiting again.

Shockingly poor service and attitude. I'm not sure if they're being actively rude to give off the cool/snooty vibe, or if they are just that incompetent and lazy. Sad to see such judgemental staff - the customers are probably more affluent than the workers, but it's the workers that are the ignorant snobs here.

Good range of kids bedroom furniture and accessories. The quality is not the greatest but definitely much better than much of what you get in Vancouver. Bedding quality is very good. Sheets wash and wear well. Pleasant shopping experience but delivery time for furniture is long. You have to often wait for 4-6 weeks.
