Well this tj’s has really changed since I was a kid. It’s really good. And the staff is very friendly. This location actually uses real dough for their personal pan pizza versus the Franklin location that uses a pre made crust. Both good pizza but I appreciate the real dough. 10/10 great pizza.
old-2021 Timing was okay. Order was in one piece. Quality was slightly better than average. I will stick to my other local go to for the better quality. The 3-stars are partly for quality but mostly for forgetting to put spinach on my pizza. I paid nearly $3. I've work in a pizza shop, once upon a time. There are or certainly should be multiple check points for correctness...cook, counter person, and delivery person. new-2022 Timing was good, ahead of schedule even. Order was accurate and nicely packaged. I'm sticking an extra star for the quality, timing, and service. I'll forgo my usual spot to try again.
The owner was kind and understanding. Just had a slice of their BBQ pizza and it was good. The sauce was there but its a messy pizza. Just had a small bone that wasn’t a big deal. Nothing big or huge but it was there. I would of left a 5 but a 4 is good as well. I would like to come back but I live in oakland. Recommended dishesCheese Pizza
Need to update the inline speials. Was charged $29.99 plus tax last night for the family special at the Sussex location. Says online $23.99. Better to go to Lorenzos for that price. Get better quality food. Need to work on customer service as well.
So disappointed. Great a few weeks ago. Today could not eat it and threw it away. Sat in a car for a half an hour obviously.
Absolutely horrible delivery and Food on a order of the “House Pizza”. The bottom of most of the slices had a wet sloppy bread consistency. Overly Large Toppings of Onions and Peppers. When i picked up a slice the cheese melted off and the wet bread when taken off made a plop sound on the box.
We ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap and received a taco wrap with grilled chicken , our food was soggy and cold and when I called back they basically did nothing about its we used to order from here all the time and lately it feels like the food hasn’t been the same as it used to be. We are very disappointed.
Used to be the best pizza in Sussex and we have ordered every weekend, however for the 3rd time in a row we were told 45 minutes and the order didn't show for over an hour and a half. They also just recently started charging us an extra 5 dollars as we are now 1 mile outside of their new "delivery area". Our order showed up tonight and it was barely warm and wrong. We called and asked for a new pizza since we don't eat pepperoni and our receipt clearly states bacon and were told they would only give us a $5 credit for a $15 pizza that we won't eat! We asked to speak to the manager and some tough guy gets on the phone and says to my fiancé what do you want me to do about it? Seriously? First off if you're a manager, customer service and making things right should be your first priority. Secondly if you think getting tough with a woman on the phone is the right approach to take you shouldn't be managing anything! EVER! Then the deliver driver calls apologizing because they blamed it on him instead of owning up to their mistake when our name is clearly on the box. I feel bad for the people that have to work for this manager. There's 3 other pizza places in Sussex and we will give them our hard earned money from now on. Steer clear!

You guys,seriously??THEY R SIMPLY BEST.Service,quality of food ,speed of delivery -all is 10 stars out of five.Was surprised that THIS KIND OF FRESH AND AN AMAZING FOOD..in this neighborhood!!!!And that is so delicious!!!I didn't eat that great quality Italian food even in Manhattan. I'm not even kiddin....You can feel that food was cooked with enormous care and love. Food is super delicious.
