Titans Gym Twinsburg

Staff is very rude, contract was suppose to be up in September and was told I could resign back up after that and all of a sudden was charged and sent to collections this month. I told them it was cancelled and I should t be charged now all of a sudden the lady I spoke to pretty much didn't care and said that I had to pay it because of my contract but why would I be charged now and not before, I don't understand she would t wave the fee. I haven't been there since last year the one in Streetsboro. I asked to speak to someone else and was told the only other person is the owner and he isn't going to care either, she told me. I had to fork over the money again just to get out of a contract that was screwed up and was supposed to be cancelled so why start charging me again and on there end and they wanted to take advantage of a customer. So I hope it was worth the $30.00. Since all you care about is money.

Great equipment poorly maintained. Often there is no toilet paper, heat or air conditioning. Hi 70s in the summer, low 60s in the winter, 50s in the locker room. Freezing cold and they haven't turned on the heat. Last 3 days have averaged 45 for a high and 36 for a low but that isn't cold enough to turn on the heat. We should have a Titans Twinsburg HVAC challenge; what date will they finally turn on the heat and how cold will it be in the weight and locker rooms when they do?

Great staff, pretty decent building. Only downside is a lot of the equipment could use modernizing, but, hey, you shouldn't be coming here for any reason other then to sweat. Really happy to have such a solid establishment close to home.

Filthy. The floors look like they haven't been washed in fifty years. I actually got a weird skin infection from this gym, it was extremely painful and horrid. I dont ever want to go back.

Great gym, lots of free weights and as far as I've ever seen its always been clean. I've been a member for 4+ years. Never used the tanning beds so not sure about those. Some of the members are frustrating as many lack proper gym etiquette for things like re-racking weights but that is certainly not the gym's fault. I paid more per month at Black's in Cleveland in 1985 than I do here - nearly 30 years ago! Overall I'd have to say its great value for the money! Glad to have a serious gym in Twinsburg.
