This is a complete gym. Small and private and fully equipped. The equipment is very nice and the staff is helpful and welcoming. Truly 24/7 and private showers. I'm in love.

Awesome gym! Just the right size with great equipment and enough weights to go heavy if you want. The owner is an extremely nice guy and I highly recommend this gym!

Great small gym in the Stow area. There's enough free weights, machines, and cardio equipment to cater to most people. It's open 24 hours a day to members, even on holidays, and is never crowded enough to feel cramped or to have to wait for a piece of equipment. Membership also allows access to every Anytime Fitness worldwide, but membership is contract based instead of month-to-month.

If you are looking for a bad personal trainer and a gym where you are not allowed to push yourself... this is the place! Just watch the owner Marc train someone for 5 minutes and you'll see why no progress is made by any of his clients. He'll also preach to you to eat about 1000 calories a day to lose weight... and on top of all his "knowledge" you would think he'd put that into practice and actually lift... but he doesn't. Good luck to anyone who can make progress at this place.
