I like this store. The guys there are always helpful and friendly. I went in today to get a few things and to inquire about 4x8 cabinet grade melamine. This is the second time I've gone in asking about this product and again they only have a few sheets of 3/4" and no 5/8". You'd think that this would be a popular product to have on hand. I needed more than what they have in stock so again I'll have to drive into Penticton to buy the 8 to 10 sheets I need. Disappointing. I hope next time I'll get to give a better review.

There is more to this place than first meets the eye. The lumber yard is extensive! You can buy assorted hardware in bulk. The staff are courteous and knowledgable. A great change from the big box hardware stores.

I never spent much time in the store just ordered some stones. The yard is easy to get in and out. Crew was helpful with loading up the supplies

Go here a lot and my customers,prices are above average service is hit and Miss,they do have a vast supply of everything a hardware should . Paint department needs improvement in service,but for small town overall good

Great store, friendly staff, good tools and good prices. Definitely recommend this place over going to Penticton or Kelowna. You can find just about anything you need here, even weird stuff, even if it's sometimes just one brand.

Needed some shelving brackets, after waiting 3 weeks I went in to check on the staus of my order only to find out the rude gentelman that I originally delt with didnt even bother ordering them. Re-ordered, told they would be in on the next truck so at most 1.5 weeks, 3 weeks and a few run arounds later nobody seems to still have a clue whether they were in or even comming. Cancelled my order and returned the few that I originally bought. I wont be wasting my time with this place again.
