If you like quality food, you need to go elsewhere. If you like flavourful wings, go elsewhere. We ordered dill pickle chicken wings and they came with only seasoning on one side. We asked to have them sent back and they still came out like in the picture. We ordered an extra dipping sauce. It came after we had finished all our food and the table was cleared. We still got charged. We order another flavour and it came out plain. Had to send those back for some type of seasoning. They boast they have 50+ flavours of wings. Maybe do 5 or 6 well. As most will see this is one of only a few reviews I do. But trust me, avoid this place.
It was a nice hot sunny day, they have a great patio for these kinds of days. Clean and enough space. It has plexy all around it, with umbrellas. I ordered the perogie pizza no bacon. It was ok.. not what I was expecting. The potatoes on it were mushy from the cheese I was hoping they would be kinda crispy. Or more ontop of the cheese but it was it was. Pretty bland in flavor. I would not get it again and I cannot recommend this. I have been here before tho and had other pizzas and pastas that were better. The burgers are good too based off friends reactions. Nice chill place to go.
Tipsy Pig Kitchen is a bar and restaurant combined. They specialize in pub style food. Including meals, wings, pizzas and more. Just like most bars Tipsy Pig has daily specials including wing nights, pizza nights and daily specials on drinks. While the place is a bar, families are allowed in to dine. This includes children. So don't be afraid to come here with a family. The food quality is what you would typically find at a pub. The food is good but it is not of the highest quality. The pizzas are average and a little greasy. The thin crust pizzas are much better. They have a great crunch and filled with flavor. The macorini and cheese was quite good. It was rich and creamy providing a lot of flavor. However, the garlic bread that came with it, was tasteless and charred. The chicken wings were dry. Depending on what flavor, the wings are bland or tasty. It really depends on luck. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. They provide help with the menus if you can't make a choice. The wait for food was a little long. However, it was most likely due to it being very busy. The price of the food was expensive. This is to be expected of a bar. Without the specials the wings and pizza are quite expensive. So expect to spend more, if you are not here for the specials. Overall, the Tipsy Pig is a great place to come with friends and enjoy a drink with some food. I recommend coming for the nights they have specials, rather then the full priced menu.
I’ve been here a few times now and I don’t know why I never left a review! I love this place, its a walking distance from my place and the pricing is reasonable.. the servers are also very nice and I never had a bad server at Tipsy Pig.. I don’t have a specific item on the menu that I always get but the last time I went I had the steak sandwich with their hous salad.. I could’ve used more dressing on the salad but tbh the flavour is there so I can’t complain
The staff here is so excellent and personable. Such a difficult time to for restaurants to enforce our vax laws. The manager did a great job dealing with some difficult customers who were being obviously inflammatory. The Saturday night “Build Your Own Pasta” bar is such a stellar idea. The pasta chef was delightful and obviously a skilled chef!
Started out good, bartender waited on me. It was around 4pm, happy hour. Served a glass of wine and ordered calamari which was very good. Finished my wine and calamari, had to flag down a server whom just started to ask for another wine and glass of water. I ordered quesadilla. It was alright nothing special, not worth 20 dollars...sorry... What bothered me the most was that noone came to see how my food was or if I needed anything. Heard good things about this place, but I wont be back! Happy hour!! 1 person!! Wine and appetizers were during this time!!
Always good service. The wings are great, good selection of beers. I also like their pizza. I like to come back here often. The patio atmosphere is nice if you can get a seat there. All in all it's a great place with fair prices and really good service. I highly recommend itFood: 5/5
Booked a reservation for a birthday for 15 people. We were told we can only reserve for inside dining but if we wanted to go patio we would have to show up early and try and gather tables as they came free on the patio. Upon arrival the manager did not let us sit outside on the patio, he just said "it's not possible". After sitting at our reserved table I looked at the patio space and it was mostly open. I ended up speaking to the manager alone and explained that the lady on the phone said we could show up early to grab space on the patio. After a bit of talking he allowed us to move outside. I, along with our server moved a few tables and chairs together. Our server we had was awesome, I know big groups are overwhelming sometimes to serve but he did it with a smile. Food was alright and we had a bunch of drinks. Not a bad place, patio space is pretty nice
Chicken wings were dry, flavourless and just plain awful. Pizza was decent but not worth the price. Come in for a drink or two. Skip the food.
Great experience. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Tasty food. I really enjoyed the chippers and mushroom soup. Looks like a great place to watch a game with friends. Lots of seating for groups, nice layout of bars and tv screens. Looks like good selection of drinks. It's just pricey for my family with the kids so we can't go often. Pleasantly surprised they were so accommodating for children at lunchtime. Not too busy Kid-friendliness: Surprisingly accommodating for kids with a kids menu and coloring sheets
