If I could leave a review lower than 1* I would happily. Advertised a $35 game day deal on their website for 2 large pizzas. When the delivery driver arrived they tried to charge me $65 + tip for my order. After calling them the employee then told me the deal would be $40, and they adjusted the price. Terrible, but fine, I’m simply hungry at this point. To add insult to injury, they charge a $12 delivery fee. They delivered roughly 10 Minutes away from Acadia to Ogden. 1/3 the cost of pizza for them to deliver. Then their POS terminal did not work for debit and they needed me to read them my credit card number over the phone. To top it all off, the pizza is a 3/10 and that’s being generous. Quite literally the worst service I’ve had from a PIZZA place in this city yet. There are 1000 different options in this city for pizza. Save your money, save your sanity and avoid ordering from this circus of an operation.

I don't have words to describe how bad my experience was ordering from Papa Murphy's. Not only was the pizza bland with a lack of sauce and cheese, but they VASTLY overcharged us. There is a deal on their website - 2 large pizzas for $35 dollars and when the pizza arrived they charged us $70 DOLLARS without any explanation. When we called the store they said they don't do that deal anymore, and they wouldn't honor it. On top of the pizza being a 1/10, the service was equally as bad. Arguing with us on the phone, issues with their debit machine and more. Save your money and avoid this place. You'll thank me for it.

Very good pizza! We love this location! As you cook the pizza at home, it is always hot and fresh! They are always very nice and accommodating here! Great customer service! Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating here and will make the pizza the way you ask.

The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. I really like their take-and-bake option. For $3 less, you can get the pizza raw and you can bake it at home later They provide baking instructions for you. We ordered the Chicago-style stuffed pizza and it turned out great in our home oven and had a great flavour.

Went their on Sunday ordered a large cheese with a thin crust. Then proceeded to have the worst food poisoning of my life. Probably threw up like 15-20 times, had muscle cramps and a fever.

It was the worst experience ever as a customer. I mean how can you upset a customer with PIZZA ? I asked her what was on the pizza she told me what the toppings were but didn’t say instead of red pizza sauce it came with creamy garlic sauce. I called later when i got home that hey this is the problem so if you can tell the people who order next what the sauce is and she started arguing i stead of saying sorry it was a mistake. It was my first and last order. I can’t say enough that the conversation with her was more upsetting than the pizza actually.

Worst pizza place. So bland no flavour at all. On top of that the worst customer service. If you give a regular advise that it wasn’t a good pizza rather than listening to it, they start arguing.

Really good pizza! 2 slices will fill you up. The crust is not too soft or stiff. 10/10 I will devour that pizza again!! Edit: Stuffed pizza is super gooood! I need more!!!!!

Ordered pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. 22.75$ And ordered a buffalo chicken. 18.75$ They charged me $2 for cheese and $2 for mushroom. The Buffalo chicken had more cheese then the pepperoni. I called he said he put it on... Just saying don't add extra cheese. I was left unsatisfied. Pizza is good but lack enough toppings. Just some more cheese... No discount no nothing. I said I'd mention it review. He said ok. If he had said oh I may have put it on the wrong pizza my bad. Id order from them again. But because he left me thinking that I will never get a cheesy string pizza from here. I will never order again.

We had some friends over and ordered three pizza's they tasted great. Will go again.
