Wow. This is the best pedicure I have ever had. The salon is extremely well-staffed; I made an appointment but it wasn't necessary. They have a huge selection of colors, none like I've ever seen. They offer free soda, tea, coffee, hot chocolate for free. Ha is an excellent nail artist, took her time, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back!

Love getting gel from them - I try and be careful when I have it on (hiking, beach, kayaking, lake house, running, etc) but they do a GREAT job and despite all the "stuff" the gel endeavors, it always lasts for like 3 months! When ever there is a wait, they really try and get you in as fast as they can. Sometimes I bring my daughter with, and they are very nice to her and patient (as they may need to touch up as she waits for hers to dry because she smudges them!)

We are from out of town and didn't know where to come to get our nails done. Sydney did my gel manicure and she was amazing! Super nice. I would definitely come back and see her again!

Never disappointed!! Very reasonably priced for the quality of service provided. Kenny did an amazing job!! He was client focused and centered, a perfectionist, and had awesome customer service!! I would highly recommend Tips N Toes!!

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done in Rochester. I went in to get a fill and gel polish. The technician ripped off part of my set and claimed something was wrong with it, despite the fact that I got this set put on only two weeks ago. She then ripped off the rest of my set which was very painful considering the set was relatively new. She was upset when i didn't know what I wanted to do after she took them off and was extremely rude while I tried to make my decision. Finally I decided to get them cleaned up and not give them any more of my business. She was upset at me for wasting her time. I am extremely disappointed. I am unsure if this was an attempt to get more money or just poor customer service.
