My name is Tinnie. I am a proud Le Cordon Bleu Honors Graduate and have been a pastry chef for over ten years. Though I truly love all things pastry, cakes are my passion. I love making birthday cakes, wedding cakes, anniversary cakes, etc. My favorite thing about making cakes is the look on my customer's face when they get to see the cake that they helped me design. Every cake I make starts with a face-to-face consultation. I sit with my customers and together we sketch out their visions. I work with them to make their cake desires a reality. My goal is to capture my clients vision so that their celebration is as unique as they are.
