If you order online for Take-Out, make sure to ask for the cone! For whatever reason, regardless if it is an additional paid cone/bowl or a inclusive cone/bowl, this location 100.976% ALWAYS forgets to give the cone. Other than that, the ice cream, service, and geographic location are great!
dessert before dinner um yes please! The shift manager, a young man I did not catch his name, was amazing my daughter was thrilled and called her icecream "ultimate sugar" cotton candy and m&ms Good service with great staff!
What happened to Cold Stone being a place where your toppings get mixed in? This is supposed to be the Berry Berry Good. Instead it's sweet cream topped with chopped berries. The girl came rushing to the front from the back and spent less than 30 seconds cutting and mixing the berries into the ice cream. Of the 4 strawberries that she put onto the mix, 2 fell out and rather than scoop them back in and mix them in fully, SHE TOSSED THEM OUT Y'ALL. Literally half the strawberries for my ice cream went into the trash. Oh, but she made up for it with a few extra blue berries. Nice. That totally makes up for half the missing ingredients in my half-mixed ice cream. What irritates me the most about this is there was no one in front of me and no one besides my spouse waiting to order, so I don't understand why my order was slapped together so poorly. I paid almost $10 for this? What a rip off.
For the most part we have great experiences here. However, today we found a hair in our icecream. I went back up to the counter to let them know and told them I'm not sure if it was from the tub or the ice counter but they should toss out the icecream to be sure. They offered to replace my icecream but at that point we weren't interested since we were grossed out. I feel they should have offered a refund or gift card but they didn't. I really hope they tossed the icecream just to be sure.
Awesome and friendly staff able to keep up with a crazy busy line of customers! Even crazy busy they were able to dish out my families order of 5 intricate ice cream orders with almost no wait! With cold stone's legendary flavors i highly recommend this one if you're in silverdale on a hot day!
Came here for a little birthday dinner dessert . Delicious. Clean store. Seemed to be a change of shift as our orders were thoroughly screwed up. Nice employees though. Thanks.
The 2 employees behind the counter we're talking about personal stuff, while they were waiting on me. Didn't even look up and talk to me ask me if there was anything else, etc. Just overall unprofessional. Where is good customer service nowadays.?
Wanted to go and have one of their Dream Team ice creams. Got the Superstar Sprinkle Blast, was super good!
I liked their ice cream even though we don't go there very often. Good service there though!
Excellent thick creamy ice cream, very reasonable cost and the online ordering worked well. Great service, a fantastic branch!
