The staff here are very nice, went to get my nails done for an engagement photo session, and unfortunately was not pleased. This was the product after a couple of corrections. The shaping is great, but I was cut during cuticle work, the polish bubbled so badly after drying that I had to have a nail redone altogether and after I had left and seen the way the polish had dried at the bottoms, I was not too happy. Not sure how it goes with acrylic, but for a basic manicure I wouldn’t recommend.

I came here on the first time cuz have the old friend take me here to make up myself. And from that time till this time, this time is already my thrid time come here!!!! In lov with my nails times, all my post pics had emphrize somehow by my nail then _ Cost price: 8/10 Kinda cheap if compare many store I know _ Background store: 9/10 Bright, Comfy and tidy _ Staff: 100/10 : super nice attitude cuz they can talk with u all times u made nails in there What are u wait for? I’ve been debating writing this. But I think I have to. As others have said, the staff are nice. But I don’t think you should go here. Started with a pedicure. The person tending to my feet really really wanted to make them perfect I guess. I was cut several times with lots of noises made to indicate that she was cutting me cuticles or actual nail into the nail bed. I had to ask her to stop a couple times. Overall it looked nice after. My pedicure was done. As requested, I sat down at a new person’s station for nails. I inquired about the price of dipping powder. I never got an answer but wanted to go ahead with it anyway. It wasn’t done like at other salons. She said my nails were short and I kept telling her to keep as much length as possible. Still she filed down. She dipped about 6-7 times I’m used to 3 maybe. While dipping and buffing she also cut me. A lot. Mind you, again, this is a different person from my pedicure. My nails ended up looking like someone glued m&ms onto my fingers. So round. Spherical even. I was trying to stay positive about it and maybe should’ve said more when she asked if I liked them. I was honestly worried about her buffing down because everything was hurting. I was worried she’d go into the nail bed. I think she knew I wasn’t too happy because she kept blaming my now really short nails. In my experience, if she didn’t think the dipping powder would work, I would’ve been receptive to other options. Maybe a shellac. She’s the professional and I hate that if there was a problem she didn’t say so. They’re strong. That’s good. But the edges of my nail beds actually ached the next day. There was a lot of buffing and filing on the sides which made the nail beds bleed. When all was said and done, I was out $123. I did tip but didn’t do my standard 20-30%. I wanted to support local. Ill still try other places around the neighbourhood. But never again Tina Nails.

I have been coming here for several years now for pedicures and the staff are always excellent, welcoming and very friendly. The "pro" part of the name is entirely accurate as this place is nothing but top notch in their professionalism, skill, and service. The owner Nancy/Tina runs a great little place and I appreciate the high quality service mixed with convenience. I would rate this place as nothing but 5 stars.

I got a new set, a pedicure, waxed my eyebrows and got to be off my feet for a few hours. I just needed the day to just be and I’m happy I walked into this salon. I came home feeling beautiful.

Nancy and Tina’s salon is one of the best beauty salons in the GTA, focusing on nails, threading, waxing and lashes. I love coming into a clean environment with great music, friendly vibe and gorgeous ambiance. You must drop in for a treat where you will feel like a Queen!

I went here for the first time to get a long nails acrylic set. The lady doing the nails seemed kind and did exactly the style that I had showed an image of. The interior of the shop was pleasing and clean. The service was great.

They did such an amazing job with my nails. Smooth, even, and it lasted so long!

Recently moved into the area and was looking for a nail salon to become my new go to spot, I’m very particular about my nails and let me tell you they did not disappoint. All the staff are kind, patient and highly skilled. My nail tech gave me exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also got my eyebrows waxed by Nancy and was afraid of getting them too thin but she did an amazing job. Will now be a regular customer. Thank you!
