Inexperienced, rude and unskillful. My shellac nails came out horrible. They only apply very thin layers, you could see through the polish. I asked for another coat and the technician sighed heavily. She also cut my nails shorter than I asked for. I could’ve done a much better job at home. I definitely don’t recommend.

I had gone here consistently for 2 years, having done a full set with brisa gel/refill alternately. This last time I went my regular lady want there, and because I was in a pinch, I let another lady attempt to do my nails. Well, she took 2.5 hours to do a grotesque job. And i don't think they clean their utensils.

I went to this salon last month, the owner was very rude as soon as she took my money , she tried to kick me out of the salon, my shellac chipped the next day and they didn't want to fix them ,avoid at all cost everyone , will not going back here. ROSY Nails is a much better salon to go to .

Awful awful awful. So so slow and she was on her cell phone the whole time. She kept walking away to make and receive calls. So rude and half hearted and it's not the cheapest of spas. Will NEVER go again.
