Had the pleasure of recently purchasing a timepiece from this fine establishment. First time ordering a watch online and having not saw the watch in person I was a little sceptical of the condition. However, Mariano put my scepticism to ease as he promptly answered all my emails including adding the specific pictures I requested. We even negotiated a deal that was fair to both parties. The watch arrived in one day and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Mariano was true to his word in describing the watch as exactly it was, reflecting his honesty and integrity. I had been looking for this Rolex 118348 for several months and finally discovered one at Timeless. I contacted Mariano and he sent high def images and we negotiated a fair price. After they completely serviced the watch it was sent overnight courier and arrived quite safe and sound. The time was even set to the exact second and it looks brand new! I cannot recommend them more highly.

I ran across this store on a watch connection website and decided to take a chance, as they had the watch I wanted in Canada. Now, there is always nervousness with a watch purchase: what kind of shape is it in? How does it run? Is it a fake? I contacted the store, made a very friendly deal and boom, it was paid for yesterday and here on the other end of the country today. Service that should exist here but largely does not. The watch is in superb condition and I will definitely go back to Timeless. Both thumbs and ten stars up.

I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a watch online but after reading up on Timeless Watches i decided to trust in them. I was not disappointed. Mariano was a complete professional from my first email all the way through the purchasing process. He even adjusted the watch to match my wrist prior to sending it.
