Ludwig, was superb in preparing our Tag Heuer as gift. We called at last minute, 1 hr before closing, when we arrived everything was ready all he had to do was gift wrap it. The following day, our gift receiver, reported excellent and friendly service at hi bracelet fitting.

I went there to try a few models that I had in mind, and Claire gave us the experience you would expect and more from a luxury watch store like Chateau d'Ivoire. She was knowledgeable, patient, and just overall nice. I would definitely recommend her.
