I have no issues with the service here, Trystan is a great guy. Food though is very bland and over cooked. Meatballs were flavourless covered in pasta sauce that I can buy better in a can. As for the Timberwolf pizza, the toppings are good in combination but whoever is baking them, doesn't know what over baked is. I understand if my crust is a little crispy...but when my whole pizza is crispy and burnt, then a wake up call is needed; especially since this establishment is supposed to do 2 things well.. pizza and pasta. The only saving grace on the poor food is that the customer service is top notch.
We visited Timberwolf Pizza the night before our actual dinner and requested to prepare a vegan pizza given they had vegan cheese for our up coming dinner. They were super accommodating as the actual dinner night our waiter Joseph, was well aware of the vegans arriving and he was also super helpful and attending our needs! Highly would recommend to the restaurant to add the vegan pizza with beyond meat on the menu Excellent and friendly service with amazing food!
Classic and well done pizza, salad and pasta! Pizza size is good and can be shared. Kid's menu is basic but works well. The service was friendly too.
TLDR: Fantastic service, absolutely delicious food. We arrived around 6pm and were seated quite quickly as there were not many other people there. Our server from Jasper, forgot her name was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming. She was also quite energetic. We ordered the Surf & Turf Christmas Special and the Penne Lane. We also got the big Spinach Salad and later The Timberwolf Pizza. The Surf & Turf came with a 6oz steak, which was absolutely delicious and cooked a perfect medium-rare the temperature we requested. It also came with four lobster craws, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Overall a very well balanced and delicious dish. The Penne Lane was exceptional. The pasta was a perfect al dente and the chicken was tender beyond belief. The dish was just a tad creamy and beautiful all around. The Spinach Salad was very very well balanced with strawberries, goat cheese crumbles, walnuts, and some raspberry vinaigrette to top it off. Very delicious. The Timberwolf Pizza was cheesy and delicious, topped off with pesto, mushrooms, ham, and bacon. At the end, we were entirely full and satisfied, so much so that we did not get to try the very tempting apple pie. Overall 5 stars for food, service, and environment. Would recommend and would definitely revisit.
Great for people with allergies as they have gluten free pizza crust and vegan cheese! I'm always so happy when I find these places and the food actually tastes good. I would eat here again. Good atmosphere in Lake Louise Inn. Fast and friendly service. Dietary restrictions: vegan cheese, gluten free pizza crust. The waiter told me that they have gluten free chocolate cake also.
We requested for a customized vegetarian pizza and pasta, and the staff gladly obliged. The warmth and friendliness is super appreciated in all of Banff area - and the vibe continued here! We loved the food and left beyond full. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
On the way back to Banff from Lake Louise and Morraine Lake, we stopped for dinner at Lake Louise Inn. The pizza was amazing, beer was awesome!! Our server Tom was so friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant!!
The most amazing pizza and Ceasar salad along with a divine cheescake. Service was excellent and could not happier. Thank you very much folks
Visited on a weekday night. Waited for around 20 minutes but the food was definitely worth the wait. The Vegan was extremely delicious!
Cozy little pub we found in Lake Louise Inn, the Columbian server was amazing! He was personable and gave us good recommendations! He's also really attentive during our dining experience.Food: 5/5
