Fair Deal Carpet & Flooring

Very disappointed with the level of customer service here. Alan is one of the rudest men I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Hence, my business went to Grimsby Carpet Warehouse who were fabulous. I would not recommend going to Fairdeal. To answer your response, I called into your shop a number of times, Alan was supposed to come and measure up and never turned up, and when I called regarding the LVT he said he couldn’t do it but could do the carpets. The spend was in my opinion quite significant but clearly he wasn’t interested in having the business.

We have just had a carpet fitted & purchased a bed the service was perfect from beginning to end many thanks to the whole team from a very happy customer.

Only needed an off cut 2.5m x 2.5m, of carpet for an office, fair deal carpets had plenty to choose from, they were very helpful and for the quality and price they certainly lived upto their name.

had Fair Deal do all my carpets at start first room good job , but down hill from there front room and othere bedroom have had them back two times now , as caret is coming up , Fitter used hot glue to stick gripper down on a concrete floor ?? at the time did not think that would work ! but hay i am no carpet fitter now lose again and now the carpet is damaged , had to have new carpet put down in my hall , as the new carpet from Fair Deal was all loose and lumpy , DO NOT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!

Excellent and helpful service. There is no pressure to buy. Huge amount of carpet to choose from. Reasonable prices. Would definitely use company again.

I had my poppy seed carpet laid this morning very happy with the quality of the carpet and extremely happy with the underlay nice and thick. I will definitely be calling back for the rest of the house. Highly delighted with the price.

Used Fairdeal for the first time recently instead of big nationals,must say very impressed with the service we received and great price from a local company also from Lee the carpet fitter for a first class installation of the carpet.Would highly reccomend Fairdeal.
