I would like to know and understand how this Tim Hortons has different rules and or a policy from the store across the street and any in the neighbourhood?nI went this morning and order the same drink I've been ordering for sometime now. A Raspberry Mohito 1/2 lemonade 1/2 sparkling water. Seems pretty simple and is being made without question at all the other stores in the area and outside area's. I got told this morning it's not our policy. We'll do this time but not again. I asked why and he claimed sparking water is expensive. Last time I checked you'd think Lemonade would be expensive. Anyways I guess my thing is why this store and if they have a policy where does it say. You can't make a Raspberry Mohito with 1/2 lemonade and 1/2 sparkling water as per Tim Hortons policy. I would say the same policy is for all Tim Hortons not this specific location. I asked for the store # which he said was #966. I couldn't find anything to confirm this. Owners name he didn't know and manager wasn't working.nGood job Tim Hortons for keeping it real. Do better please you have a lot of competition out there. Can't wait for Dunkin Donuts to arrive. If you order a coffee everyones order is different so what makes this and different? If I'm pay over $5.00 for a drink and I can't have it the way I want it? That's a problem. Imagine if Starbucks operated like that...wow they would be in trouble.
Stopped by the Tim drive-thru this morning and had a great experience. The line moved quickly, the staff were friendly, and my order was fresh and accurate. Coffee was hot, and the breakfast sandwich tasted great. Really appreciate the fast service during busy hours. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited!
Honestly I’ve tried grilled cheese on so manynLocations but this one got the best and properly melted cheese … Loved it
It's so nice to have friendly people working here. The staff at this location are consistently welcoming and provide excellent customer service. This Tim Hortons could teach other locations a thing or two about friendly service!
Very poor service at Tim Hortons. Customers before me were served right away, but I was ignored after ordering Timbits. Staff were chatting instead of preparing my order. I had to remind them, which was frustrating and unprofessional . I will not return.
