For context, I come here pretty much every day with no issue, but I was heading into work and had a bit of a hic up in my order. The Barista who took my order was new and haden't told me they were out of the tea I had ordered. But let me know they were brewing a new batch. I was waiting for 45 minutes before I had to leave without my drink.nnI am usually happy to wait, but I had other things to do that day.nnFast forward to the day after. I walk in and Tony, the Barista I usually interact with when I walk into this starbucks, greets me and the very first thing out of his mouth is an apology for the day before. I hadent interacted with him the previous day, and yet he still made It his priority to make it up to me. He took my order, upsized my drink and made it on the house.nnI would whole heartedly recommend this starbucks, they really do care about their customers, they often have people in training, but everyone has to start somewhere and if you have a little bit of patience they will make sure you leave happy.nnA big thank you to Tony, and the rest of the team here.
Just do drive through because in person they all stare at you and won't help you. They just look at each other who will go firstnNo greetinga. Its like why are you here in person.nnI am paying $8 for my drink big chunk of it is labor. Thats why Starbucks is going downhill.
I order the exact same latte 5x a week yet it tastes different every single time. Service is great but for the love of god work on consistency!
Great service with super friendly team. They really care about the customers and try to help me find the mug in the back storage.nNew store in this plaza everything looks clean and fresh! Definitely recommend!
