Tim Hortons

There are tons of stories that I can say about this place. I do believe whenever people order a cup of coffee, they go somewhere, picking up fresh coffee beans, roast it, drip it and finally TOSS IT to you. One day, a lady handed me a donut with bare hand. One day, a guy gave me a wrong coffee and said "You had to say ICE COFFEE BLACK not BLACK ICE COFFEE". Well.... I still can't figure out what's the difference, but I got a free English lesson, not my coffee. So anyway, I'd rather say just go to another Tim Hortons. What a joke place.

Nothing changes you write a review and nothing changes. Unfortunately the poorest run Tim Hortons in Grande Prairie if not Alberta. No leadership , no trading, non existent customer service. Hold the owner solely responsible. Brand will only suffer

5 pounds of sugar put in my tea also looked frothy. Always a disappointment coming to Tims. I'm going to stick to McDonald tea and coffee so much better!!

Always have to wait forever to get anything, the place and staff seem disorganized and the food is just average once you do get it. This is based on more than one visit as well.

Very inconsistent, sometimes you don't get enough cream cheese to cover even one side of your bagel other times you get so much it's almost disgusting. They don't listen to the customer. I have a thermos I fill for work it's 4.49, today they charged me 6.50. I politely told them that was to much twice to which the responded ok drive to the window. Upon arriving at the window they never changed the price. I have had multiple bad experiences at this Tim hortons.
