Tim Hortons

I would like to recognize the very tall East Indian man who usually waits on me at the Tim's down town. He is extremely polite and friendly. I would recommend him for any Management position!

The staff here are always bright and cheerful. I often get a thank you after making my order not so much at other Tim's. The manager was the best and fixed my order that I placed incorrectly; she's the best.nBest Tim's patio, sit outside in the shade right next to the lake with a cool breeze.

Went in here and there was a very bad smell of BO and the whole place was filled with smoke and the workers were blaring annoying screechy music

The customer service at this Tim Hortons was disappointing. The banter between staff felt unprofessional, and the male employees, in particular, showed a noticeable lack of respect for women. Their tone when responding to managers came across as dismissive and disrespectful. On top of that, service inside was slow, making the drive-thru the only real option for quick service. Definitely not the experience I expected.

The air conditioner has not been on in my last 3 visits to the Tim's on Cole Dr in Windsor. There was 6 of us there today and we were all sweating so bad that we had to leave. I'm sure that the cooks must be sweating profusely in the kitchen. Is the air conditioner broke or is it turned off intentionally?
