Tim Hortons

This place was all right. I asked to go for a coffee on ice and she couldn't understand. I had to explain it to her three or four times. She didn't understand what coffee on ice meant like you want ice. I'm like no, I want coffee. Oh, you want a coffee and my coffee on ice. She said she didn't understand she couldn't get it so I wasn't happy about that. It took her a while. She sounded like she was new. Maybe I'm not sure. Anyhow, the coffee itself was good. I can't say it wasn't good. So besides the service at the drive-thru it wasn't so bad I would recommend to go there anyways

Tim Hortons, Papineauville, is neat, clean and pleasant place to spent time with tea and eat snacks for delicious delight. Thanks to the Team of this Tim Hortons !

I don't understand why it takes as long as it takes to get served; review your employees because customer service is a mess never seen before in my life; I have to work in customer service and I find it unacceptable to make the customer wait 20 to 30 minutes

Great staff great service but that croissant egg bacon maple sandwich was cold not toasted and did not stand up to what I'm use too with Tim Horton. Love the walnut crunch donut hope they keep it.

Absolutely inadequate service, mixed up my order. Didn’t touch it, when I wanted a new one have been asked to pay for it… not nice when they dump their mistakes on customer
