A-1 Restaurant

This was my first time visiting this restaurant and WOW!! The food was delicious! It was fresh and the quality was good! I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want some amazing Chinese food!! Very friendly service. I can't wait to visit again! :)

A long time restaurant that has been in Lacombe for more years than I have ever known. The building is old but it is as clean as a pin. The food is fresh and it is fantastic. Prices are very reasonable. The downfall to this is access through the front door is dodgy for older people. You go through one door and turn to the right to go up two very inconvenient steps to open a door that pulls out instead of in. Ive seen seniors struggle with this. Access for disabled people is non existent. The other downfall is you need cash or MasterCard. Visa and Debit are not taken. However, despite these drawbacks, they have been there a long time and the food is fantastic. Take away is always an option if one finds it hard to get out and to get in. This is one of my top three Chinese restaurants

Horrible service, horrible food. Didn't even charge GST, federal offence? Never going back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. First off, the customer service was two thumbs down. We weren't once asked how our meal was, and to change the drinking glasses she made us pass the glasses and reach over the counter to the front till to reach us. It wasn't just the customer service though. The food was horrible. It was luke-warm and gross. The chicken tasted like it was microwaved, not fresh at all, and my chow mein was cold and crunchy. The other two diners had cold wonton soup. Yum. The spring rolls tasted like they were bought in bulk then deep fried, and the dumplings had no flavour what so ever. Horrible experience.
