I'm getting sick of my coffee not right all the time. I only have one sugar two cream, some times it's dark and sometimes it milky.

Rudeness at the counter is not acceptable. I asked is an item was available and before I finished I was given a very short and abrupt No with no explanation has to why or if it would be available.

Food is good, and service is okay depending on who serves you. Coffee and NEVER stirred properly.

Whats not to love about Tim Horton's? Staff was fast and friendly and you can tell this is a favoured watering hole for locals in the mornings.
