Tim Hortons

Lately I’ve heard stories about the decline of Tim Hortons. On the night of Dec 8,2025 at 9:59pm, I went through the drive-through at this store. The store closes at 11 PM. Once I got home, and started to eat the donuts, they were stale. The Boston cream doughnut was stiff and the custard had a bit of a strange taste. The chocolate glazed donuts were also stiff, and the chocolate glaze on top was hard like a piece of chocolate.nI don’t understand how somebody could sell a product like that, without feeling shame.nAfter this bad experience, I don’t know if I will ever be able to buy Tim Hortons donuts again!

The manager here is the rudest person I have ever met. One employee was helping another because she was new and asked for help and she told her extremely rudely to get out and go to her cash embarrassing the poor girl. Who trains these managers to speak with their employees like this. Not customer service and then people ask why kids dont want to work in these environment blaming it all on needy customers. No its ridiculous managers that think their employees are slaves.

remove espresso-based drinks like cappuccino or latte from your menu, since every day the staff says the machine isn’t working. It’s really frustrating

This is one of the worst Tims I've been to. The food is often the wrong order, and the drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes when you ask for a specific size, they get it right, but other times they don’t. I ordered a small cup of hot milk, and the guy charged me $5. One day, they charge you $2, the next day, it's $5—there's always a different price depending on who's working.nnThe service is incredibly slow. You wait and wait, only to get the wrong order. I've worked at a Tim's before, so I know how it should operate.nnPlease ensure that customers get fresh food, fresh coffee, and great service. You should consider improving the staff training and the freshness of your products.nnThanks.

I found a hair in my wrap this morning around 12pm.
