Asked for a quarter pound without cheese. Asked the girl to double check at the cash of the drive thru .she tells me she did. Got home to a double quarter cheese. Threw it in th trash. Worst Mcdonald EVER ON THE PLANET.

Speed of service is slower than expected, no matter the time of day. No error in orders though.

They refused to take my order I nave no car and can't leave her in my apt as she cries & barks so I get complaints. It was in hilly and the restaurant was quiet. I knew I could not take my dog inside so I went to the place were they serve the cars there was no one ,I knocked on the window every one saw me but ignored me the girl who takes the car orders saw me and walked to the back of the store still no cars they could have taken my order but refused. I Emailed the company head couorters it was in US or T.O. who got in contact with the restaurant here in St. Eustache. The woman was berry arrogant, said she would see with the manager and get back to me in a month. Today. November 29th 2017still did not get an answer from them and they are aware of all the above. She kept asking meit was as though she was mad at me for reporting this incident so that is why I don't like how I was treated I even asked the girl to take my order I would give her the money and seeing that she was not busy could she bring my good to the door I was still refused I could not believe how mean they had been as I walked home empty handed with my pootche( dog ) boo hoo
