We order and pay for the big mac sauce 0.79$. and plz look at the picture. is this normal ?? exactly why mcdonald’s loses customers. is it hard to do your job properly ? the person who filled it is missing logic. and the person who packaged did not notice it’s empty too? if it was juste 1 cup ok. but all 3 are like that. careless people. careless manager.

Just ordered a Big Mac trio and a junior with bbq sauce. Just got home and no junior and no bbq sauce. It will cost me time to go back and pick it up and no one answers the phone. Gave that place 3 chances and every time there was an issue. No more for me. I’m sure McDonald’s does not care because they think I will go to another location but I don’t and I won’t I picked it up for my daughter.nMcDonald should be out of business.nBad service.

I am so disappointed with this store. I originally chose the grilled chicken burger. A simple set meal cost 19, which contained a beef burger. When I took the burger to confirm with the staff, they told me that it was chicken. The poutine sauce that came with the set meal was almost gone, so I had to eat it as fries. If McDonald's treats customers like this now, I believe I will never come to this store again.

Never ordered from there. They get the orders wrong or just forget what's really supposed to be there. Example Take a look at these pictures that's just a part of what can tell you. Better yet 1hr15mins late or when you say no ketchup they put extra take a look at an example I could put more pictures but am sure you all know where am coming from right.nAs of today NO MORE MACDONALDS taking all my points out and that's it.

Hence the appropriate star level on getting the order right.nThis restaurant is the only one that refuses to honour monopoly small hot mcCafe for hot chocolate.
