Doesn't the picture of the cafe mocha have whip cream on it? Why am i having to ask for out and pay extra? If i decide to order it shouldn't the small whip cream be cheaper than the large?

I ordered a sandwich and there was suppose to be sauce on it and there was none, but it was still good. They also messed up my soup and I live a half hour away so I couldn't go back and change it😒. The man wasn't very friendly either.
