Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in. The washrooms are absolutely filthy. Pee all over the floor, toilets clogged, garbage and toilet paper all over the floor. No soap to wash your hands and nothing to dry them with either. Automatic dryer broken no paper towel in place of that. Only one stall working everything else out of order. Manager (patty) is to busy socializing rather then doing her job. Tried to express concern and let her know of the condition of the bathrooms and isn't concerned at all about the condition and that it has been like this. They are trying to get someone to fix the problem. Very disappointed from this visit and the general area manager should consider a revamp on staff.

The staff do not care about their jobs, probably one of the worst Tim Horton experiences to date. They got my drink order wrong and then claimed to 'fix it' in which they did nothing different to it. Good was cold and the till lady groaned and literally complained when I ordered my food cause she had to make more than a drink. Not good

Usually fast friendly service. Night shift is a little slow for when ur on ur break ans need to get back quick. But otherwise great

5 mins ago a woman with a new red nail manicure Had no problem taking my money in the drive thru and giving me back the accurate change but didn't have the consideration to remember to give me what I ordered and rightly paid for. My coffee tasted burnt and I asked specifically for a fork and ketchup with my potato wedges that I used my roll up the rim winning ticket for. They were also cold and soggy. Is my order taken advantage of because I won the food? Or has customer service declined that far down? I won't ever return to the Tim Hortons. Thanks for ruining my very very long ride home timmys.
