Tim Hortons

The customer service was amazing. The staff were both friendly and helpful. And that was the best Farmer's Wrap I have ever had at Tim's. So thanks to the King Street Fredericton NB staff for getting my morning off to an awesome start.

I recently visited the Tim Hortons on King Street in Fredericton and had an excellent experience. We ordered sandwiches, coffee, and some donuts for my child, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food quality was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the way it was served. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and we look forward to returning soon!

Well service is very disappointing as Ive seen other customers leaving while in line waiting just for a coffee. I cant even get their attention when its not busy at front counter when there is lot of staff. To be honestyears ago it was much more customer quality efficient. I am a regular customer for years at the downtown Regent Tim Hortons. I dont know what happened to this place but most definitely not a good place for services because it use to be way better. So in my opinion the change in staff, and management chanhed for the worst.

I went here this weekend for a cup of coffee and the atmosphere and ambience was exactly what i was looking for. Friendly staff and quick service. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing coffee session with friends. For sure will be back here again.

Chrispy chicken Sandwich was terrible, didn't even use a chicken burger instead two chicken strips that tasted like they were made days ago was used. Just as line started one of the two staff members vanished leaving everything for the one guy left. Not impressed.
