I go to this Tim hortons often and it’s a pretty good location. The workers are nice and quick compared to other locations. My drinks here are either spectacular or terrible but they’ll remake it with no problem. Today Joel helped me by remaking my coffee and it tastes amazing. To the employees: I deeply apologize for making you remake them, I understand the stress of working at a busy chain and don’t hold it against you for making it wrong in the first place. All I want is a good coffee and a good day for both of us.
Outstanding Customer Service!nThis place is amazing — very clean, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I was warmly welcomed as soon as I entered the restaurant. My food was served hot and quickly, just the way it should be. I also used the washroom, and it was spotless — a small detail, but it says a lot about the overall care and cleanliness. Highly recommend this place for both the service and the food!
I waited around 25 minutes to get a donut and a medium ice cap. The person who was supposed to be working the till didn't even bother come up to me and didn't bother to ask my order. The customer service in this place should be better they should have more people working in the kitchen to make food and drinks not 2 people working in the whole establishment making it take forever to get an order.

You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers—he greeted everyone with a smile and made sure orders were accurate and served quickly.
