McDonald's

I ordered fries with my meal, but they were missing when I got home. After driving back to the restaurant, the staff simply handed me the fries without letting me explain the issue or offering any apology. At that point, my burger was cold, and they should have remade the whole order to ensure it was fresh. Very poor handling of a simple mistake. I won’t be returning soon.

I thought I'd just let Mcdonald's headquarters know that the tiny oriental man at the front counter, clicks the orders off as delivered, waaaaay before they actually are. This seems like a scam to make himself look faster and more efficient. This is unfair to others who might give better service than him, and he gets promoted but they don't. Also, he doesn't make eye contact with customers which is weird considering he's working the front.nnA couple of weeks later.... there's an older man working the front counter in the morning. He's the epitome of an ideal employee. He's waiting at the till for the next customer, not chatting with his friends in the back. Everything efficient and done by the book. He's actually managerial level... take notice McD's.

Ordered food in the morning and tap’d my card as per usual. Nothing after that at the 1st window. Get to the 2nd window and the employee tells me my card declined at the previous window. Fair enough, so I pay again. While I’m sitting in the drive thru waiting, I check my statements and come to find out my card wasn’t declined the first time and I was double charged. Before leaving I let the employee know it wasn’t declined and showed him the proof and was denied a refund from one of the 2 purchases. Ontop of that, half of my order was missing.nnWould 100% recommend going to any other place early in the morning for any of your needs

Whenever I order a large mocha they don't fill it up nearly enough, there's about 2 inches more room they could fill up. I understand that they need a little room for the whip topping, but it feels like I'm paying for a large and getting a medium every time. I don't need 2 inches of room for whip topping. Also the fries haven't been salted at all the last few times I went there. I really like mcdonald's but lately these reoccurring experiences have been disappointing.

not too sure if mcdonald’s needs new speakers or new head sets so they can hear properly but when you order a coke, mcdouble and a cheese burger you execpt a coke, mcdouble and a cheese burger not just a coke and burger. please use your ears next time it’s brutally annoying especially if you’ve already repeated yourself at the speaker 3 times for them to still get it wrong
