Tim Hortons

Service was terrible i almost had to go to the kitchen to make the food myself, took 20mins for 2 wraps and they were left on the counter without nobody telling me i had to ask if this was mine and nobody had a clue, definitely skip this one.

Don't often go to fast food resto. Had the chichen noodle soup snd was very surprised. It was really tasty, lots of big chunks of chicken but best if all, it didn't taste salty - it was just really good - like home made. Service was also excellent. Definitely recommend the soup, especially if you have a cold and want something comforting.

The Tim was loaded with teenagers. Everything was orderly and the customer service was impeccable towards those young people. The bathroom absolutely spotless. Enough soap. Soap at the entrance also and an invitation to ALL to wash their hands. The St Jerome Tim Horton is a nice place to grab a lunch and coffee!

Good but very slow took 20 minutes for a wrap they keep talking instead of doing there work

I think everything was just perfect .....there was an issue with the hot chocolat machine but they know how to turn things around and sell. That's what it takes in customer service. Touché
