Tim Hortons

We were at the drive thru at 14h11. It was busy, 5 or 6 cars in front of us. I mentioned I had a coupon, 6.99$ for a worker's wrap and a ice cappuccino. The lady said it was not possible because they were cleaning the egg machine. I ask to have another wrap instead to honour my coupon. She saif no it's impossible but you can come back to tomorrow or go at another location. I was shocked but she said you are lucky the machine is ready. At the cashier I showed my coupon, see picture, and the lady said I couldn't have a ice Cappuccino with this coupon it's everything but the ice cappuccino . Seriously, if you don't like your job or people, you should think about a career change. The food was good but I never had my ice Cappuccino.

You say you open from 5am-9pm. Yet here I am at 6am looking at a closed business. This location is the worst as far as reliability is concerned.

The coffee was absolutely gross and watery.nWe went back to get a second coffee and it was still not good.nI personally won’t return for my coffee here.nThe staff were friendly and at least gave me my money back.

Arrived at Tims at 10:30pm and did not receive my order before 11:00pm. Service was very slow. Also they did not have any chicken left so most of us could not get what we wanted. I've noticed lately that most Tim's have dropped the ball when it comes to service and quality of food. Don't get me wrong I never expect much when it comes to Tims but this one was just a terrible experience.

I went only to get a coffee and use the restrooms. Nice place and clean as Tim Horton can be. My coffee could be hotter but as I order a 3 milk coffee I wonder if it's really their fault. Only difference is that I've been served by a beautiful and polite black lady. Cheers!
