Come here at least twice a week because it's close. Prefer to go to McDonald's half a block away. The staff is sooo slow here. They rarely have the dark roast brewed. I only come here when I have to get coffee for everyone. Consistent poor service. Keep driving to McDonald's. Service is waaay better there.

After we ordered we wait on the right side. The guy didn't even tell us that our coffee is ready, he just put it in the side, we're waiting like 5 mins for coffee and timbits. 🙄☹️

Same as any Tim's, slow service, pay your worker a better wage treat them better then you may get better workers
