If you want to feel like an inconvenience, simply visit this location! By far the worst group of staff possible of any business in Lambton County. There’s one woman in particular who usually takes orders that clearly doesn’t value the fact she even has a job as it’s very evident when she speaks, she sounds so depressed over a job so simple. I’m sorry, but if you’re that stressed over working at Tim Horton’s, simply quit and allow someone who will actually appreciate working to take your place. Service is always slow, orders are often messed up and management is terrible. If they actually cared, they would hire staff who actually want to work. Staff usually spend time gossiping and chit chatting to each other in the window, blatantly ignoring the customers. The lack of Customer Service speaks volumes for this location! Pam is the only normal one in this whole store that is capable of doing anything! Shoutout to you Pam!
