Tim Hortons

I went in a little while before close yesterday and was ignored. One girl was stuck in drive through while this other short Indian girl was sat down with a CUSTOMER in the dining room. My order was not taken and I left unsatisfied. When I tried to call the store and get ahold of a manager or supervisor working this morning the phone number was useless and sent me to a dial tone every-time ; so now I’m here on google leaving a bad review when this situation could’ve been solved with a simple phone call.

They are fast and efficient. Staff is very friendly and respectful. I always get a smile when I get to the drive thru window.

what did y’all put in my sandwich damn, got me bein on the toilet for hours. but one of the workers are hot so it’s ok

I went through the drive-through and ordered a croissant. When I arrived at the window, I was asked if it was the croissant, and I assured her it was. When I got home, I did not get my order. I got a cookie and a muffin.

You know what to expect for food and coffee, always fair to good and consistent all the way across the country. I visit other places for coffee but sometimes it's got to be a Tim's. They've managed to keep the prices where they've been at for what seems like years now, so they've decided not to follow the big box giants in profiting off the backs of their customers. That goes a long way with me, so I'll return. Staff are generally very friendly so I guess that speaks to how they treat their people. Very solid 4 stars.
